How do I list my first event?▼

Sign up for the free Community tier, then go to your dashboard and tap "Create event". You can publish your first event in under 5 minutes.

Is Gathrd really free for churches?▼

Yes. The Community tier is free forever with 3 events per month and up to 50 attendees per event. No credit card required.

How does Gift Aid claiming work?▼

UK churches on the Church plan or above can enable Gift Aid at checkout. Gathrd captures the gift aid declaration with each ticket. You then submit through your usual HMRC channel.

Can I switch from Eventbrite or Churchsuite?▼

Yes. Email support@mrvltechnologies.com with your CSV export and we will help you migrate your event list and past attendees.

How do attendees check in at the door?▼

Each ticket has a QR code. Use the Gathrd organiser app to scan tickets at the door. Works offline.
